All proceeds from the tournament benefit the Endowed Alumni Scholarship Fund, which provides a Berkeley education to highly qualified students with demonstrated financial need. Team registration includes entrance to the tournament, breakfast generously donated by Christina Theofilos ’09 of Psomi, a celebratory luncheon generously donated by TBD following the round, unlimited beverages throughout, a tournament gift and a chance to have your name engraved on the Berkeley Open Trophy of Winners.

We encourage you to purchase your ticket when registering for the Berkeley Open. However, guests may also purchase them at check-in.

What should I bring with me to the course?

What should I bring with me to the course?

To ensure a great day out on the course, there are a few things you might want to consider bringing with you. These items include your preferred golf equipment, hat or visor, sunglasses, sunscreen and lip balm, and a water bottle.

What scoring system will be used?

What scoring system will be used?

The tournament utilizes a scramble format. All players hit their tee shots with the team proceeding to the best shot. From that point, all four play again. Players shall proceed in this format until the ball is holed. Par is max score. More details on scoring, handicap system, and mulligans will be provided to registered participants at a later time.

Of course! Please keep in mind that all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one parent for the duration of the event and must count as a scoring member of the parent's foursome.
